new mesmer skill idea
Power Drive 15 energy, 1/4 cast, 30 recharge Elite Spell. If target foe is casting a Spell, that Skill is interrupted and target foe and all nearby foes cannot cast spells for 2..7 seconds. For each affected foe, you enter Power Drive and gain +6 energy regeneration for 2..7 seconds. I like it, good idea. Could cause balance issues, though. I can see this being abused in Parking Arenas with some way to regain energy after you use it, perhaps Mantra of Recall.

It looks good. Getting hit with Sandstorm would destroy the recharge though.
The spell would take forever to land. |
